LB Athletic Training Student Aide (ATSA) Program

The Lake Braddock ATSA program offers the unique opportunity to participate in the athletics program while acquiring knowledge in first aid, and the recognition, treatment and evaluation of sport-related injuries. This program has provided previous students the ability to explore careers in the sports medicine field and further their education in a hands-on capacity. The ATSA program also encourages responsibility, fosters time management skills, and provides an opportunity for enhanced personal growth. Participation in the program will require a significant time commitment. Academics will remain a priority, however, it is imperative that the student participant successfully complete all the ATSA Competencies in order to earn a varsity letter. If interested in applying for the program, please stop by the Athletic Training Room (G101) and talk to either Ms. K or Ms. G. *Due to supervision requirements, this program is limited to 8 students per season.*
